Opal berry bowl
This ceramic berry bowl was hand thrown on the wheel by Alli using white stoneware. The holes were hand carved throughout, making it perfect for washing berries, tomatoes, and other fruit. After washing the berries let the water escape through the holes and drip onto the matching dish. The airflow also helps prevent berries from going bad quickly when stored. The bottom of each piece is trimmed and stamped. This bowl has a beautiful opal glaze that makes the ceramic ware food-safe and ready for use. After the glaze firing the bottom is sanded to help prevent scratches on any surface. Approximately 5.5 inches across and 3 inches tall.
